Miny Fish + White Mouse + Neon Tetra + Bulbasaur = ?

Before we begin this, we need to settle things first. This will be an ongoing series of many genetic mixups to come. So are we ready? EVERREADY! Uhh... yeah let's begin.

Once in a land far far away called Kanto, a professor was playing on Facebook the following games:

Then, he thought: 'What if I mixed up the genetic DNA codes of these a White Mouse, Miny Fish and the Neon Tetra?'

So, he caught a Bulbasaur with one of his Upload Balls and sent it into Adobe Photoshop. Then, he caught a Miny Fish with his Upload Pole and threw it into A.P. Next, he caught a White Mouse with his Upload Trap. It went into AP. Finally, he caught a Neon Tetra with his Upload Pants, Shirt, Pole, Hook, Shoe, Accessory, Boat, Bucket and Bait. It went to u-noe-where.

Then, he started to experiment. He place them side by side, and pressed Shift+Ctrl+X (Liquify) and started mixing them up. The end result was:
